Trapleaf Returns, Refunds & Client Satisfaction Policy

At Trapleaf, client experience comes first. Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be physically returned once opened or used. However, we always aim to resolve issues fairly and professionally to ensure every client feels looked after.


Returns Policy

For hygiene, safety and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Pre-rolls
  • Flower products
  • Infused joints
  • Edibles
  • Extracts & dabs
  • Vape products
  • Any consumable items

We do not restock or resell returned consumable products.


Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Orders

If your order arrives:

  • damaged
  • leaking
  • incorrect
  • defective
  • incomplete

Please contact Trapleaf within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos/videos
  • a short explanation of the issue

Our support team will review the case and provide the best possible resolution.


Refunds & Store Credit

Depending on the situation, Trapleaf may offer:

  • partial refunds
  • full refunds
  • store credit
  • replacement products
  • discount vouchers for future orders

Our goal is always long-term client satisfaction and fair resolution.


Vape & Hardware Policy

For vape devices or hardware-related issues:

  • products must be reported within 24 hours
  • damage caused by misuse, dropping, water exposure or improper charging is not covered

If the product is confirmed faulty on arrival, we may replace or credit the item accordingly.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order is out for delivery or completed, cancellations are no longer possible.
